RIMC Scholarship Exam Pattern:
Total Marks: 400 (Written Exam)
Subjects & Marks Distribution- English – 125 Marks
- Mathematics – 200 Marks
- General Knowledge – 75 Marks
- Format: Offline (Pen & Paper Based)
- Type of Questions: Subjective/Descriptive + Objective (Mixed)
- English: 2 Hours
- Mathematics: 1 Hour 30 Minutes
- General Knowledge: 1 Hour
- Filling Application Form: Online
- Required Documents: Aadhaar Card and Passport-size Photograph
- Educational Qualification: At the time of applying, if the candidate is studying in class 7 or class 6, then they can also appear for the scholarship test.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 10 to 12 years of age as on 1st January or 1st July of the term they are joining.
- Gender: Both Boys and Girls are eligible to apply.
- 90% Scholarship: If you score 90% or above, Lakshya Academy will cover 90% of your total fee. You will only need to pay 10% at the time of admission for RIMC exam preparation. This is a golden opportunity – apply early and secure your seat.
- 50% Scholarship: If you score 50% or above, you will be considered as qualified in the Scholarship Test, and the Academy will grant you a 30% fee waiver at the time of admission.

- Registration Start Date: 23rd September 2025

- Result Declaration: Within one week after the exam

Sainik School and Military School Scholarship Exam Pattern is as follows:
- Total Marks: 100
- Mode of Examination: Offline OMR-Based
- Time Duration: 2 Hours (120 Minutes)
- Filling Application Form: Online
- Required Documents: Aadhar Card and Photo only
- Syllabus: Class 5 School Syllabus for 6th and Class 8 for 9th
- Classes Applicable for Scholarship: 6th & 9th
The students awarded the scholarship can be admitted to any branch of The Lakshya Academy. The scholarship consists of 3 modules:
- 90%
- 50%
- 30%
Note:
In the first module, the entire fee is waived for 90%.
In the second module, the fee is waived by 30%.
In the third module, the fee is waived by 10%.
Our scholarship exam schedule is as follows:
- Registration Starts: First week of September every year
- Registration Ends: Last week of January every year
- Admit Card Release: 10 days before the exam date
- Exam Date: 1st Sunday of February

What is the exam pattern for the RIMC Scholarship Test?
The RIMC Scholarship Test is conducted offline (pen & paper). It has a total of 400 marks with English (125 marks, 2 hrs), Mathematics (200 marks, 1.5 hrs), and General Knowledge (75 marks, 1 hr). The questions are both descriptive and objective. -
What is the eligibility for the RIMC Scholarship Test?
Students should be studying in Class 7 or Class 6. The age limit is 10 to 12 years as on 1st January or 1st July of the term. Both boys and girls are eligible to apply. -
What are the scholarship benefits for RIMC coaching?
Students scoring 90% and above will get a 90% fee waiver and need to pay only 10% at admission. Students scoring 50% and above qualify for admission with a 30% fee waiver. -
When is the RIMC Scholarship Test scheduled?
The RIMC Scholarship Test will be held on 13th December 2025. Registration is open from 23rd September 2025 to 10th December 2025. Admit cards will be released on 11th–12th December 2025. -
